David
The legend of David Franceschini begins at the turn of the 20th century in the little town of Lucca in Tuscany Italy. There, a young woman prayed to the blessed virgin Mary that her son Carlo would one day have a grandson who would grow up to bring nations to their knees with the power of rock. Ok so maybe not. However her great-grandson David Franceschini is an anointed and talented spirit-filled worship leader who encourages the Church to passionately pursue God.
By day David assists clients in navigating the joyous world of retirement planning. But when the workday's done, he eagerly trades his Dockers and loafers for jeans, Chucks, and a sweet Taylor guitar. His degree in Christian Ministries, continued education, and 13 years of experience make him a seasoned yet relevant worship leader extraordinaire.
In his free time David loves galavanting with his hugely talented, stunningly beautiful, and hilariously witty wife Shanna, or playing princess Wii games with his favorite little ladies Eva and Mia. If he’s not working, playing music, or hanging with his family, you’ll probably find him nerding out on Star Wars or Lord of the Rings.
Shanna
If God were a pastry chef, Shanna would be a jalepeno Molten chocolate lava cake. Deep, complex, and warm with a kick of spice. A fourth generation Californian, her greatest woe is that her midwestern husband doesn’t like avocados or cilantro. Oh the sadness of his meat and potatoes palate. Justice came however when their two beautiful daughters, who are full of life and laughter, turned out to absolutely LOVE avocados . . . so the guacamole flows from fountains at the Franceschini household (balanced of course with plenty of Italian fare!)
Shanna’s days are filled with equal parts domesticity, music, and design. She’s a playmate, chauffeur, launderer, housekeeper, and she spends quite a bit of time cleaning up after the lazy dachshund whose bladder is the size of a cashew. She teaches voice lessons, sings weekly at church, and runs an interior and event styling business. How does she do it all you ask . . . not quite sure.
If she happened to find free time, which is completely hypothetical, she imagines that she would sip a chai tea by a warm fire while re-reading a Francine Rivers novel. Oh the bliss. But for now, there is a family room to pick up and a load of laundry that needs to get switched to the dryer before it stinks.
